Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted business advisor to Microsoft customers, understanding their IT goals and challenges.
- Manage customer executive relationships through business reviews and strategic escalations.
- Build and execute plans to help customers effectively use Microsoft products.
- Develop technical expertise and manage project delivery to meet success criteria for customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field, with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
- Passion for technology and customer-focused.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Microsoft Product Certification, MCSE, or other technical certifications are a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in South Africa.
