Commercial Asset Finance Responsibilities
As a CAF Specialist at Standard Bank Zululand, you’ll drive asset finance solutions for businesses throughout the region. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Achieving Commercial Asset Finance sales performance objectives
- Implementing approved asset-based finance transactions for new and existing customers
- Managing an allocated portfolio within the province across various segments and sectors
- Maintaining post-sales relationships with customers
- Identifying further asset-based finance opportunities for clients
- Working on retention strategies in conjunction with Relationship Managers
- Building and nurturing dealer relationships throughout the Zululand area
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for asset finance
- Contributing to the growth of our Commercial Asset Finance business in the region
Qualifications for CAF Specialist Position
- First Degree in Business Commerce (required)
- FAIS certification (required)
- Grade 12/Matric is the minimum educational requirement
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong financial acumen
- Valid driver’s license for client visits throughout Zululand
Experience Requirements for Commercial Asset Finance Specialist
- 3-4 years experience within the vehicle and asset finance industry
- Demonstrated experience in sales, service, and deal-making
- Proven track record in managing dealer relationships
- Experience working with Enterprise, Growth, and Premium business segments
- Previous work with asset-based finance products and services
- Relevant internships or learnerships in financial services will be considered
