Purpose of the Role: Capitec Bank ATM Assistant (×11 Posts)
As an ATM Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients and managing the branch queue efficiently.
- Providing exceptional client service.
- Assisting clients with ATM transactions and self-service channels.
- Gaining knowledge and experience needed for service consulting roles.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 National Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
- No prior experience required, but client service experience in retail, financial, or banking environments is advantageous.
Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of Capitec Bank products and processes.
- Understanding of bank branch environments.
Required Skills:
- Communication Skills: Must be able to interact confidently with clients.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal & Relationship Management Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients.
Employment Conditions:
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Must have recognizable fingerprints for use on Capitec’s internal electronic banking system.
