Position: Senior Shift Manager

As a Senior Shift Manager, you will oversee all aspects of inbound, inventory, and outbound operations. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth and efficient processes within our distribution center.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Relevant Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain.
• Experience: 3-5 years of managing a warehouse/distribution center.
• Skills:
  • Solid systems knowledge: Advanced Excel, WMS, High Jump, Bomm, camera system.
  • Ability to work shift patterns.

Preferred Skills:

• Retail/Warehouse experience.
• Staff management experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate picking staff and appropriate MHE available to staff.
• Oversee efficient and timely completion of picking and admin tasks.
• Report on shift attendance and performance.
• Manage stock, receiving, replenishment, reverse logistics, and Chep pallets.
• Take full responsibility during night shifts when scheduled.
• Inventory management.
• Staff and manager supervision.
• Update SOPs and provide training.
• Upskill management and succession planning.
• Liaise with Resolve Planning and Transporters.
• Control recycling.
