What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in the gaming industry is required.
- Technical Skills: A good understanding of betting procedures and types, excellent financial management skills, and solid business acumen.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer service orientation with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate cash management and compliance with internal controls.
- People Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and work with team members.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Growth
- Stay knowledgeable on all betting rules, odds, and pay-outs to support branch operations.
- Adhere to confirmation limits and notify the Betting Manager for large bets when necessary.
Sales Administration & Cash Management
- Manage branch cash flow according to established processes, minimizing risks such as theft or fraud.
- Conduct interim cash checks with the team leader during shifts and ensure prompt resolution of any cash discrepancies.
- Ensure float amounts are accurate at the beginning of your shift and that all shortages or overs are accurately recorded.
Branch Appearance & Compliance
- Maintain a neat and tidy branch environment in line with Hollywoodbets standards.
- Keep your workstation well maintained and promptly report any issues with terminals or equipment.
- Follow strict compliance procedures, including adherence to the code of ethics and internal control policies.
Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, helpful, and courteous.
- Address customer complaints proactively and ensure that feedback is communicated effectively.
