AVBOB Mutual Assurance Society is seeking unemployed South African graduates aged 18-35 to join our twelve-month Internship Programme for 2024/25. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a positive and professional client service experience at our branches.
- Manage client inquiries, document activities and outcomes.
- Escalate complex queries to supervisors and branch managers promptly.
- Offer technical assistance on AVBOB products and services.
- Build and maintain positive client relations through regular follow-ups.
- Maintain client records and document processes.
- Identify potential client service concerns through post-service surveys and take proactive steps.
- Monitor and leverage emerging trends in client services.
- Recommend product improvements based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
- Financial Degree
- Accounting/Economics Degree
- BSc Information Systems
- Marketing Management Degree
- Business Administration Degree
Skills and Experience:
- Data Analytics
- Sales experience (advantageous)
- Customer service experience (advantageous)
