Key Responsibilities: Apply For Local Electoral Project Officer

  • Local Project Administration: Develop, implement, and monitor annual tasks and standardized activity frameworks in collaboration with the Regional Assistant Manager. Ensure compliance with IEC guidelines and budgets.
  • Local Corporate Support Services: Assist in recruitment and training of electoral staff, manage logistical arrangements, oversee budget processes, and handle procurement.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or three-year National Diploma with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of Labour Relations Act, supply chain management legislation, and operational protocols.
  • Proficiency in office administration, communication, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and computer literacy.
  • People management, organizational, and project management skills preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the municipality.

Additional Information:

  • South African citizenship required; no prominent political profile within the last 5 years.
