Who Should Apply?

AfriSam Vacancies 2024 – Educational Qualifications:
- Grade 12 (Matric) with passes in:
- Pure Mathematics (not Mathematical Literacy)
- Physical Science
- English
- N2 Certificate with four relevant subjects:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Two additional subjects aligned with the electrical trade
- Engineering NCV Certificates with seven subjects at NQF Level 4.
- Technical Grade 11 with:
- Mathematics, Science, Language, and related trade theory
- N6 Certificate or National Technical Diploma (T, S, or N stream) related to the electrical trade.
- A valid driver’s license is an advantage but not mandatory.
What is 18.2 learnership?
An 18.2 Learnership refers to a situation where a learner was not in the employment of the Department when the learnership agreement was concluded. Such a learner will be expected to enter into both the Learnership Agreement and Employment Contract with the Department.
