The Department of Justice is seeking a qualified Administrative Officer to join the Magistrate’s Court in Tsomo (Ref No: 55/24EC).

Responsibilities:Administrative Officer Opportunity in Tsomo!
- Manage case flow within the court.
- Oversee office facilities and risk management for the unit.
- Provide effective administrative support.
- Ensure efficient and accurate financial management.
- Manage the court’s human resources.
Qualifications:Administrative Officer
- National Diploma/ NQF Level 6/ Degree in Office Administration/ Office Management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office or court administration, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization skills.
- Leadership and management potential.
Salary: R376 413 – R443 403 per annum.
