Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12)
  • Intermediate proficiency in any Warehouse Management System
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Job-related Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience with WMS (2-3 years)
  • Ability to work extended hours and shifts
  • Effective internal and external communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills
  • Punctuality and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail

Added Advantages:

Main Purpose of the Role:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations
  • Assist the operational team with WMS transactions

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Capture and compile KPIs, ensuring data accuracy
  • Timely and accurate execution of transfers and adjustments
  • Investigate and resolve RFC anomalies
  • Manage check sheets and their execution
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Attend designated meetings
