Administrative Assistant Role Overview

Contract Type: Fixed-Term (12 Months)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
Salary: R244,732.00 per annum

As an Administrative Assistant at RAF, you will provide comprehensive support to our Adjudication Department, ensuring the smooth operation of office functions and maintaining impeccable records management systems. Key Responsibilities
Compliance Administration
- Maintain comprehensive written documentation of departmental activities
- Ensure strict adherence to RAF’s internal policies and process standards
- Implement effective administrative support procedures that align with organizational goals
- Monitor compliance with internal control measures
Office Coordination
- Provide prompt follow-up on outstanding administrative matters
- Maintain office supplies and administrative resources
- Validate and verify document accuracy before processing

- Draft professional correspondence to internal and external stakeholders
Meeting Support

Records Management

Qualifications and Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Minimum one year of experience in an administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
