Now Hiring: Packers and Truck Driver Assistants
Imperial Logistics is looking for motivated Packers and Truck Driver Assistants who are ready to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. These roles play a crucial part in ensuring that deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
Job Responsibilities
Packers:
- Prepare and package goods for transport
- Ensure correct labeling and secure packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the packaging area
- Report damaged or incorrect stock
Truck Driver Assistants:
- Assist drivers with loading and offloading deliveries
- Navigate delivery routes and ensure timely arrivals
- Help secure cargo during transport
- Communicate with warehouse staff for accurate delivery verification
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10, 11, or Matric (depending on position)
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Previous experience in logistics or warehousing is an advantage
