Key Responsibilities of the Kazang Sales Executive
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Understand customer needs and recommend Kazang products that align with their business goals
- Accurately forecast sales and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities
- Install Kazang devices and ensure product functionality on-site
- Identify new business opportunities to grow market share and brand visibility
- Build strong relationships with informal vendors and small business owners
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales proposals
- Ensure all contracts are completed correctly and submitted efficiently
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience with a proven ability to meet targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not essential)
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on ability to install and troubleshoot devices
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Free State region
