Salary: R376 413 – R443 403 per annum (Level 8)

- Gauteng: Refugee Reception Centre – Tshwane (2 Posts)
- KwaZulu-Natal: Refugee Reception Centre – Durban (1 Post)
- Western Cape: Refugee Reception Centre – Cape Town (1 Post)
Requirements
- Qualification in relevant fields (Law, International Relations, etc.).
- 2 years’ experience in law or analysis.
- Knowledge of the South African Constitution and relevant legislative frameworks.
- Skills in client orientation, problem-solving, and communication.
- Computer literacy and professionalism.
Duties For Refugee Status Determination Officer
- Adjudicate asylum applications.
- Assist applicants in completing forms.
- Conduct interviews to confirm identity and origin.
- Issue and extend permits.
- Ensure effective resource management.
