Key Responsibilities
As part of the FlySafair Graduate team, you will work closely with experienced engineers and project leaders to:
- Document, analyse, and improve existing business processes.
- Participate in projects and assist with process optimisation initiatives.
- Perform as-is and to-be analysis for continuous improvement.
- Document SOPs and training materials for rollout support.
- Map and visualise business processes using BPMN 2.0 notation.
- Update project data and progress in central management tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver results.
- Communicate progress updates to key stakeholders regularly.
